Hydro-Quebec

According to Canadian authorities, a researcher at Hydro-Quebec, Canada’s largest electric utility, was charged with espionage for allegedly stealing trade secrets for China.

According to RCMP Inspector David Beaudoin, interference by foreign actors that could affect national security has “recently been gaining a lot of traction” in police operations.
