In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests.

The latest versions of all of our software have been tested for compatibility with OpenText eDOCS 16.1. If your maintenance contract is current and you would like to obtain a copy of these versions, please send an email to support@wertheimglobal.com. If you have allowed your maintenance contract to expire and would like to discuss how to once again become current, please send an email to sales@wertheimglobal.com.
