Wertheim Global on Coronavirus (COVID-19)

We are following the short list of preventive guidelines described by the CDC: https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/about/prevention.html

As the situation rapidly evolves, we will respond accordingly. As things now stand, Wertheim Global is following these steps:

• We will continue to work remotely from our home offices;
• On-site, in-person activity will be curtailed until further notice. This includes client visits, conferences, and training sessions;
• We are continuing to work remotely on development of Guardian 2020 for Content Server, as well as maintaining Guardian 2020 for eDOCS and our WINC and DMFolders solution suites;
• Other longer-term plans are on hold, pending more developments

At this time, we expect no difference in our level of service and support. We have been operating as a virtual office for many years. We expect to continue our current operations in the same manner as before. Our customers and partners can still reach us via email, and open up support cases on our support site https://wertheimglobal.freshdesk.com/support/login
